HR Recruiter (m,f) German

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process of talented job applicants for our various openings in Europe with a focus on the German market
  • Conduct sourcing activities to identify and attract potential talents using various online platforms & means such LinkedIn, etc.
  • Onboard new hires in Germany by managing all administrative tasks related including providing orientation for new employee and setting up their benefits programmes
  • Perform various tasks such as HRIS data entry, accuracy auditing and compliance
  • Explore and identify new opportunities for job advertising
  • Collaborate closely with team leaders and employees based in Germany and provide them with reliable and useful HR advices on matters such as absence & health issues, grievance, structural change as well as any other employee-relations topics
  • Provide direct support for the German payroll team by helping them with various activities such as: tracking vacation and/or sick pay, retrieving expense reimbursements as well as any other changes that may alter employee payroll month-to-month
  • Provide assistance with ad hoc reports or assignments.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native/fluent in German & English, both oral and written
  • Previous experience in recruitment within the German market, ideally with a focus on marketing roles
  • Solid understanding of German employment law
  • Excellent professional communication skills
  • Capacity to work on your work on your own as well as to successfully deliver in a timely manner
  • Must be eligible to live and work in Germany.
