Customer Service Representative (m, w, d) German or Czech in Greece

Start: asap

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • First point of contact for well renowned online travel partner
  • Resolve basic questions and queries, such as modifications to rooms, rates, availability, etc.
  • Listen and identify customer’s issue
  • Conduct research and provide answers to the custmoers‘ queries
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools, methods, and processes.
  • Ensure a high level of service and a positive customer experience
  • Maintain job related documentation
  • Adhere to the client’s processes and procedures.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native/fluent level German or Czech, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 6 months of customer services experience
  • Great communication skills (vrbal and written)
  • Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • High speed internet connection for your quiet home work environment – mandatory
  • Resident of Greece or able to relocate expediently.
