Virtual Event Production Coordinator (m,f): German
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Join live studio, video bridge and (if applicable) comm lines
- Coordinate the set up and back up and resolution of issues of virtual events in collaboration with engineers
- Address any outstanding customer questions
- Monitor presenter chat
- Conduct post-event editing or player closure as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in event management, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent command over English and German language
- 1+ years of experience in event planning and production, with proven success in managing large-scale events is desirable
- Technical knowledge will be an advantage
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work under pressure
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, project management software, and other relevant tools.
