Customer Service (m,f) Fashion Retail Platform German

Start: asap

Service hours: Mo.- Fr. 8 am – 5pm, 1h. break

Remuneration: 18200 EUR/annual

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to customer inquiries through various channels (chat, email and phone)
  • Provide information and support with regards to products and services and other related inquiries
  • Be the face of the company to our customers and partners alike.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native/fluent in German, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
  • Minimum of 1 years‘ experience in customer service in a fashion environment
  • Good disposition to work in a customer service environment
  • Excellent communication skills – experience with written communication
  • Good active listening skills
  • Computer savvy and proficient in the use of IT systems (customer service specific and Windows packages)
  • Knowledgeable about fashion/fashion brands
  • Articulate with a passionate mind-set
  • Able to work independently, while being a team player at the same time.
