French and Dutch speaking Presales Representative (m,f) Biotechnology
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Execute daily outbound phone calls and respond to emails regarding client inquiries and detect and establish new business possibilities in selected market area
Ensure client satisfaction by excellent customer care in every contact throughout the sales cycle
Proactively detect possibilities of cross-selling and up-selling and establish new business possibilities
Retain and grow the existing base of customers
Interpret customer needs and proactively act to understand those needs.
Native/fluent in French and Dutch, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
Degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedicine or similar fields is considered an advantage
Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn and understand complex scientific concepts
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development
Previous sales experience in managing own sales funnels and being in close contact with clients
Previous experience with analytical instrumentation sales (CMR) and Microsoft Office are desirable
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
Able to multitask and stay detail oriented
Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools
Motivation and personality seeking customer satisfaction in a multi-stakeholder environment
Experience working in a lab environment or in service sales
Experience in a call centre environment performing outbound calls.
