Customer Service (m,f) German : Tech company

  • As a Customer Representative, you’re the one who helps customers after they purchase the products or helps customer with questions throughout the buying process and finds the best solution for their needs.
  • Your day is filled with a range of providing extraordinary assistance to customers who contact you via inbound calls and/or emails. When a customer needs help, you quickly assess their situation and give advice or a solution on the spot. We are counting on you to get the customer excited about the buying experience and find them the perfect product that they are looking for.
  • Because you’ll work independently from home, you’ll need the discipline and ability to work remotely from co-workers and management.


Hours and Benefits:

  • Full-time contract
  • Schedule for 39 hours: Rotative – From Monday to Saturdays
  • Salary for 39 hours/week: 17.400 Euros gross/year + up to 2.400 Euros gross/year in bonus
