Business Development Manager (Video Games) (m,f)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate business leads within the video games industry
  • Manage existing accounts and grow new ones
  • Ability to attend client meetings, presentations, trade shows and more
  • Introduce the organisation’s services in line with promotional briefs
  • Create effective solutions tailored to the needs of the clients
  • Generate organic leads through existing networks or by using industry knowledge and prospection
  • Execute content lead campaigns as part of the wider sales strategy
  • Collaborate with Delivery & several support teams on maximising time spent engaging with clients

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Demonstrated experience in business development, account management or partnerships within the games industry
  • In-depth knowledge of video game
  • Strong track record of exceeding targets through building relationships
  • Outstanding presentation, communication & interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in forecasting opportunities
  • Possession of an existing network of contacts within the games industry would be considered as a strong advantage
  • Self-motivated and organised
  • Passion for gaming and experience of CRM tools
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to lead through ambiguity and drive toward diverse successful outcomes
  • Creative and agile personality with a strong sense of work ethics, integrity and who is a great team player
  • Ability of demonstrating 360-degree strategic thinking
  • Strong influential skills to drive results in a complex business environment & to communicate and influence all levels from senior executives to working groups across all functions
  • Profile coming from a Keywords background will be prioritised.
