Business Development Manager (m,f) : English – Outsourcing

Develop relationships with potential clients through presentations, business networking, telephone calls, personal emails, personal mailings, business forums, other business or social networking

Design and propose technical Call Centre/BPO solutions to address business requirements and strategic priorities of a need or request from a client
Develop and implement strategic account visions and strategies for target accounts

Lead end to end sales cycles from lead generation to negotiation and strategic direction through to transition planning and final implementation

Engage with marketing to drive lead generation
Participate in cross functional meetings to review information received from operational support functions and partner
Provide technical guidance to employees, colleagues and/or client

Promote a culture that encourages top performance and high morale. Selling into US market for companies to outsource into the Phils.



  • Native/fluent in English, both oral and written
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree preferred) in Accounting, Business, management, Economy and/or
  • Marketing and related disciplines is essential
  • Substantial Sales experience within the international BPO industry (ideally off-shore Customer Service Solutions/US/APAC-based clients)
  • Proven success winning $multi-million contracts for both „new logo“ business and existing accounts
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Possess strong commercial awareness and experience of sales forecasting and reporting
  • Experience with design and implementation of business development strategies
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Have a detailed awareness of Vertical Market Sectors
  • Flexibility to work in the office/side with shifting or flexible working hours.
