German speaking Technical Support Representative (m,f)

Start: Beginning of April

Service hours: Mo – Fri.: 9.00 AM – 9.00 PM

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support end users with queries around memberships and access to Health/Gyms for an Insurance company, as well as other customer inquiries using various channels (inbound calls, chats, e-mails)
Create long term relations with customers of the Insurance company
Build a connection with and provide exceptional service to the customers
Ensure all communication is handled professionally and promptly with a human touch
Demonstrate strong product knowledge to ensure all customers queries are answered making them promoters of the brand.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

Native/fluent in German, both oral and written (at least C1 level). Fluent in English (B2 level)
Ability to provide high levels of customer support at all times
Computer savvy with basic IT skills, including using multiple operating systems
Comfortable communicating using various channels (telephone, chat, e-mail)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Problem-solving oriented
Ability to work independently, while being a team player at the same time
Remote work model, need to have a minimum internet speed of 20MBPS.

Salary : base: 5000 RON  + 1000 RON bonus
