Sales Manager (m,w,d) – Solar (German) anywhere in Germany


  • Independently conduct research within the regional market, analyze data, and produce on-site research reports
  • Stay updated on industry trends
  • Collaborate with department leaders to formulate annual goals and plans, complete goal decomposition, and achieve sales targets based on market characteristics
  • Facilitate the entire process of target market projects, monitor progress, and address issues promptly
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with clients remotely and at their premises – providing the right solutions and identifying clients solar energy needs
  • Expand sales channels for installations usually of 3kw up to 15kw, sometimes even 100kw


  • Fluent (C1) level of German, both oral and written. Fluent in English
  • B-class driver’s license
  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Proven track record in Solar/ PV sales in a similar role
  • Familiar with the use of various office software
  • Good learning, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Clear logical thinking, and a spirit of teamwork
  • Diligent, practical, resilient, and willing to learn
