Customer Advisor (m,f ) Booking Platform: German

Start: 17th May, 31st May, 7th June, 21 st June and 12 th July

Position: Customer Advisor

Location: Remote/Work from home, Greece (on-site work available as well)

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handle all incoming contacts from customers through various channels (phone, email and chat)
Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues
Use adequate tools, processes and/or methods to ensure the provision of accurate, valid, and complete information
Make sure that great levels of client service is delivered at all times and ensure a positive experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • C1 level of German language, both oral and written
  • Passionate about customers and customer service
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Upbeat and positive attitude
  • Ability to cover night shifts on rotation with colleagues
  • Ability to identify, apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity.
  • WFH requirement: Dedicated space for WFH office

• Internet requirements: Speedtest needed  Only Fixed internet connections is allowed with the minimum Upload speed of 1.5 Mbps / 20Mbps Upload. Desktops should be connected with eathernet cables with the Internet box
