Position: CAD Designer
Location: Maastricht, Netherlands or Hanover or Dusseldorf in Germany
Work model: Hybrid after the training – 2 days a week from home, 3 days a week at the office. The training is fully on-site.
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary + commissions
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creation of architectural and engineering drawings, analysis, and development of specifications using software like AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and specific calculation tools
- Revision of drawings and analyses based on feedback from Architecture & Engineering (A&E) staff
- Ensure compliance with company standards, state, and local codes, and regulations is crucial
Fulfill other duties as directed by the immediate supervisor - Participate in field site visits to gather measurements and capture field conditions through photographs
REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient in German at a native level
- Eager and open to learning
- Experience of 1 to 3 years with AutoCAD or similar CAD software
- Sound understanding of architectural and engineering principles, techniques, and processes
- Meticulous attention to detail and precision is essential
- Capable of working independently yet collaboratively within a team
- Proficient computer skills, especially in Excel, Outlook, and Word
