We are looking for :
Junior German B2B Senior Sales Unit Consultant
Anywhere in Germany, but for the 2 first weeks they need to work on-site during the on boarding in Berlin
Skills:
- A Bachelor’s degree with at least good grades (all disciplines desired) – mandatory
- At least 3 years of experience in Sales or Marketing of B2B start-up Sales experience is a must (knowledge in Capital venture and multichannel)
- Professional experience in consulting or project management
- Distinct communication talent, which you have already proven in various situations
- Solution-oriented thinking, ability to think abstractly, and an analytical and structured approach to problems and new topics
- Increased interest in sales/distribution processes and enjoyment of communicating with customers
- High level of self-motivation and a pronounced willingness to develop personally and professionally, as well as a desire to get your career off the ground
- Empathic customer orientation paired with creativity and commitment
- Advanced handling of Microsoft Office, especially Excel as well as distinct tech affinity/online affinity/software affinity
- Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
Benefits:
- Base salary: 28 K +
- 80% : 32.400 € gross annually
- 100% : 40.5000 € gross annually
- 120% : 50.500 € gross annually
